High-purity regulators suitable for low-pressure control
Advanced Specialty Gas Equipment, Middlesex, N.J., has introduced two-stage bar stock body metal diaphragm regulators which provide constant outlet pressure regardless of inlet pressures. They feature a 7 cm dia stainless steel diaphragm providing sensitive pressure control as low as 0.2 psig up to a maximum of 2 psig.
